    A full body meditative experience through crystal alchemy bowls. Allow the soothing vibrations and harmonious tones was over you and guide you to a state of tranquility and balance. The vibrations from the bowls are believed to stimulate the body's natural healing processes, promoting physical, emotional, and spiritual balance.   • Join Lindsay Dalton from Inner Alchemy and Laura from Wild Garden Wellness as they combine these ancient practices to help regulate your nervous system through breathwork and sound healing. This two hour deeply healing and nourishing event is held the second Monday of every month at Mojave East.

    Are you seeking a group of like minded women who want to gather under the glow of the full moon to reflect, reset and return to yourself? Let’s nurture our wild garden together over a cup of warm tea, poetry, gentle yoga and sound healing. As a collective we will set a personal intention, reflect through journaling and let go of what no longer serves us. This session will extend longer than our regular monthly sound baths as we will take more time to indulge in each self care practice. Plan for 75-90 minutes
